Why do we need your information?

Lx7hills will process your personal data for the following purposes:

Customer management

Lx7hills is dedicated to the sale of tourist entertainment products, through its own website and on online sales platforms. The processing of your data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract of sale or provision of services to be concluded between you and Lx7hills.

We process and store your personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the applicable contractual and legal provisions. To this extent, the personal data processed will be kept for the period necessary for the provision of the contracted services, as well as to meet tax and legal obligations.

Profiling

Lx7hills can carry out customer profiling based on information related to your purchases. Whenever you purchase an Lx7hills service, in addition to your personal data, it records the products purchased, amounts paid, date and time, as well as the place of purchase or delivery.

Communication and disclosure of common personal data

Ordinary personal data (of a non-sensitive nature) may be communicated by Lx7hills:

- To persons and companies that provide legal, tax, financial and accounting consulting services to Lx7hills;

- Institutions, entities and/or authorities to whom the data must be transmitted under the terms of the statute and/or legal provisions;

- Business partners of Lx7hills, but only in the event that the customer gives their express consent.

Optional or Required Consent

If the customer does not provide their personal data, the subscribed services may not be activated, this being a decision of Lx7hills.

The customer's consent is also optional with regard to the processing of data for the purpose of conducting market research and statistical analyses; the sending of advertising and information material through telephone service providers, by means of automatic messages without the mediation of an operator or by fax.

Customer consent is also optional for the receipt of unsolicited commercial messages. These must be immediately and unambiguously identified as such and contain an indication that the recipient of the message may in the future refuse to receive messages containing that content.

If the customer chooses not to give their express consent to the processing of their personal data for commercial purposes when asked for this purpose, this refusal will not have any consequence regarding the provision of the service by Lx7hills.

If the customer gives his/her consent, under the terms described above, he/she may be admitted to participate in promotional contests organized/promoted by Lx7hills.

Processing of sensitive data.

When you use Lx7hills' services, certain personal data classified as sensitive may be processed, particularly data revealing race or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, party affiliation, health status or sexual orientation.

Lx7hills suggests that the customer does not publish sensitive personal data, unless it is strictly necessary or that he chooses services that do not imply such publication.

In any case and apart from exceptional situations, this data may only be published with the express and specific consent of the customer in writing or in another equivalent form.

Based on the above, Lx7hills reminds you that if the customer does not give their express consent to the processing of sensitive data and intends to use services that involve the processing of sensitive personal data later, they will have to modify their registration beforehand, providing the necessary consent.

If, for any reason, the customer does not give their express consent to the processing of personal data of a sensitive nature and subsequently subscribes to services that presuppose such processing, Lx7hills cannot be held responsible, since the disclosure of sensitive data on the website will be the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the fact that the management of the website is provided by Lx7hills.

However, Lx7hills reiterates the above-mentioned importance of the prior modification of the registration by the customer, granting the necessary authorization for the processing of sensitive data if you intend to use services that necessarily involve the use/treatment of this information.

Sensitive data, particularly those that reveal the customer's sexual orientation, will not be communicated (except in cases of legal imposition) or disclosed by Lx7hills.

If the customer intentionally uses the services provided by Lx7hills to communicate and/or disclose their sensitive personal data on the internet, this situation does not represent any conduct accepted or practiced by Lx7hills insofar as the customer communicates this information within the scope of the private and independent management that he makes of the web space made available to him by Lx7hills or within the scope of the normal use of the services provided by the latter.

Possible processing of the personal data of third parties provided by the data subject

When the customer uses certain services (e.g. promotional activities carried out by Lx7hills that allow him to apply for the registration of domain names in favor of third parties, the personal data of third parties provided by the customer to the operator may be processed. In this case, the customer assumes the role of independent data manager and the inherent legal obligations, namely compensation for any damage caused to the third party due to violation of rules on the protection of personal data. In any case, if the customer provides or processes personal data of third parties while using services provided by Lx7hills, they fully guarantee and assume that the third party has previously authorized the processing of their personal data.

Data storage and security measures

The data will be stored for the time defined by applicable laws and regulations, on Lx7hills' servers. In any case, your data will be stored strictly for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above, which must correspond to the term of the contractual relationship between lx7hills and the client. As soon as you stop using the Services, your data will be deleted, except when the maintenance of the same is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of legal, financial, tax and accounting obligations, after the customer's use of the service ceases. As soon as these obligations are fulfilled, your data will be deleted. We also inform you that this data will be collected, processed and maintained in full compliance with the legal provisions.

Right of access to personal data and other rights

The customer has the right to be informed:

• the source of the personal data;
• the purposes and methods of the processing;
  the logic applied to the processing, in particular whether it is carried out with the help of electronic means;
• the identification of the data controller, data processor and their representatives;
• the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated and who may know such data in their capacity as a designated representative(s) in the territory of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) responsible for the processing.

The customer has the right to obtain:

• a) updating, rectification or, where interested, the integration of data;
• b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been unlawfully processed, including data the retention of which is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or consequently processed;
• (c) certification to that effect that the transactions in accordance with points (a) and (b) have been notified to the entities to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or manifestly disproportionate to the right to be protected.

The Client has the right to reject, in whole or in part:

• a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if they are relevant to the purpose of collection;
• b) the processing of personal data concerning you, carried out for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material, or for the evaluation of market performance or commercial communication.

Other issues

Will my information be shared with others?

Your personal information is not disclosed to third parties and is only processed within Lx7hills.

Exceptionally, your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by Lx7hills, namely for website hosting, email, answering user questions about services, sending information about new services and products and special offers. These companies are provided with only the personal data necessary for the provision of the service in question.
